Cindi joined Skyview as Client Services Manager in October 2020, bringing twenty years of operational and coordination experience to a role that touches every part of the client relationship.
Background
Before joining Skyview, Cindi spent two decades at a national nonprofit organization. She started as a volunteer at the start-up nonprofit and eventually became Executive Assistant to the President — a role that involved managing daily activities including calendars, planning, finance, and communications. She was also responsible for coordinating travel, events, and conference planning across the organization.
That progression — from volunteer to right-hand-of-the-President — speaks to the kind of trust and capability Cindi brings to every responsibility she takes on.
Career & Account Experience
Cindi grew up in Valdosta, Georgia, and graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications & Public Relations. She moved to Orlando, Florida to begin her career in sales — starting in the promotional products industry and moving from there to become a major account representative for a national industrial products company.
Her key accounts during that period included Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Lockheed Martin, along with significant accounts in the aerospace and general manufacturing sectors. That breadth of experience — managing complex relationships across very different industries — gave Cindi a deep appreciation for what high-touch service actually looks like.
Her Role at Skyview
Today, Cindi is the operational engine behind every Skyview client relationship. She manages client onboarding, account opening and transfer paperwork, ongoing servicing requests, billing, and the dozens of small but critical details that make a financial advisory relationship feel seamless. When clients call Skyview with a question, Cindi is often the first voice they hear — and the reason their questions get answered correctly the first time.
Personal
Cindi is married to her husband Norm and has three daughters: Lexie, Ally, and Maisie. Outside of work, Cindi enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
